Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all Bee Inspired Goods honey is 100% raw and unfiltered to preserve the natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants. We never use high-heat pasteurization.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer standard shipping which typically arrives in 3-5 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
My honey has crystallized. Is it still safe to eat?
Absolutely! Crystallization is a natural process that proves the honey is raw and high quality. To liquefy it again, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water and stir gently.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada due to international food import regulations. We are working on expanding our reach in the future.
Are your products gluten-free and non-GMO?
Yes, all our honey and beeswax-based products are naturally gluten-free and non-GMO. We source from sustainable apiaries that prioritize the health of the bees and the environment.
